Basis
Hammer is a weapon specialized in blunt damage. Hitting a monster head with hammer can stun it, knocking it down temporarily. You get access to various charged attacks to deal more damage.
Earth Style
Frontier Hammer can use an uppercut at any charge level.
You can also use a fast pound or a baseball swing after unsheating or your level 1 charged attack. The baseball swing can be delayed by maintaining the input to time it with a flying monster landing for instance.
Heaven Style
Heaven Style replaces Hammer Spinning Bludgeon for an infinite combo, allowing you to focus your damage on a part.
Storm Style
Storm Style gets a fourth charge level with a powerful 3 hit attack dealing 140 stun damage (most monsters initial stun resistance being around the 300). Overcharging the attack downgrades it as a lvl2 one.
Extreme Style
Like every weapon, Hammer can run in Extreme Style. You can charge your attacks while running and gains a new level 5 charged attack. With a 250 MV and 200 stun damage, it’s a quite powerful attack.
Hammer also gets an infinite charged combo when charging without moving.
Daily bonus
Daily bonus increases stun damage by 50% allowing to knock down monsters more easily.
